Welcome to the Pioneer's Library!
All members of the Pioneer family are invited to stop by the Media Center to enjoy a story or learning experience with Mrs. Durham or Mrs. Stackleather. Parents are encouraged to obtain an OPES Library card to share reading moments with the entire family.
Our mission is to promote collaboration within our learning community. Students at Oak Pointe are growing into lifelong learners who use and produce ideas and information. We support inquiry learning and the information search process. Reading is a foundation for learning, personal growth and enjoyment.
Here are a few expectations for all of our visitors:
- Be Responsible: Come with a Purpose
- Be a Thinker: Use Positive Behavior and follow direction each time
- Be Respectful: Take care of the all media center materials
- Be Caring: Return materials by the due date
- Be kind to everyone
These rules will help everyone to enjoy their visit to the OPES media center.
